You've done a really good job of giving Xander's character a compelling reason not to kill himself regardless of the situation...putting his white knight complex in the picture was brilliant. You've also created a nice 'sympathy for the devil' in Spike's reaction to Xander's anger. This is the best story being worked on right now, in my opinion.
