Oh the owies. I am not sure who I hurt most for right now. Lorne is grieving, as is Spike and Xander sure is hurting. Even Clem is not in that good a place. He may find Spike less scary the Angelus but that does not mean he is all that comfy being that close to Spike. Spike may be able to shield him but he can destroy him just as quick. So forcing his pet to confront a fear has all the earmarks of thin ice.
