I'm glad you are enjoying this. Especially since it's a little outside your zone (not sub!Spike). Yes, Xander is still Xander. He is hanging on by a thread. You'll begin to see why it's amazing he's held on to himself as long as he had beginning chap 5 (which should be up tonight or tomorrow).
The question is...being Spike's Pet..is that going to help him or just push him over the edge?
