Yeah..Sam hasn't had much time to think about what he needs outside of her...but by now I'm sure you know what Dean has figured out.
As I kept writing that seen I kept thinking Granny Mitchum would have to get after Dean, but I hope it came out that's she's got a good heart and was trying her best to help.
