Delay in my writing - Family Emergency

All,

I just got word my step-sister has been in a very bad accident and might not make it through the night. I'm very close to her teenage son, my other nephew, and my step-mother. My stepsister situation has been long and complicated and this isn't a necessarily and unexpected twist.

I was half the way through the chapter when my brother called. Yuck.

Anyway...I'm really upset cuz all I can think about is my nephew. I'm thinking of my step sister too.

I'll post when I can. Just wanted to let you know what the delay was.
