Thank you...and the caring for each other is why I like Spander...Spike's the ultimate romantic..always willing to take care of the one he loves and Xander's so loyal and so self-sacraficing he would never take advantage of Spike's love or care and would do everything he could to keep Spike from doing too much. IMHO...
And I'm glad your Spangel heart was pleased. I may be a Spander girl, but I do firmly believe Angel cares for Spike. He feels responsible for him..and knows better than anyone that Spike would put himself through whatever hell he thought he needed to go through for what he loved.
I have to say..I'm really liking writing Angel for this story. I knew he'd be important..I just wasn't sure how writing him would go.
