I just adore that Spike finally got Xander to open up. Love the way he left it up to Xander but only to a point.
Yep..that's Spike...you can do it the easy way..or you can do it the hard way..but..it's still going to happen...and he still did it in a way where he could be gentle and loving to his boy.
Oh! And I was suspicious but now I'm almost positive...Spike had Fred set the collar so that it won't go off if Xander attacks him, right? Cause he likes Xander feisty.
