There’s not a bloody lot we can do sometimes about the things that’s done to us or the things around us; but how we choose to react to those things or how we choose to deal with those situations…well that’s what makes us human. It is a concept so often unacknowledged in the 'me, me, me' world we live in - that actions can be freely given, not in order to buy something but because the one acting chooses. Loved Xander's suicide line comment, too. But the chapter leaves me with hope that Xander will adapt. Am I being premature? Going to find out if this week brought another chapter. I love this story.
